Hereford left back Jack Evans spoke to local media after the Bulls won 1-0 at Buxton yesterday.
Evans was reminded that the Bulls have won three of their last four fixtures.
"Since the New Year we've had a real turn," said Evans.
"Obviously we had a few results that didn't go our way but we've been playing well, we've had some good performances, some good spells against tough opposition.
"But it just wasn't quite coming off for us with results so it's been a bit of a frustrating period.
"Since Kiddy away the second half where we turned up and showed what we are about and fought back to get a point and we've kicked on from there.
"These (Buxton) are scraping down there so it's a really good three points today."
He was asked how he enjoyed bombing forward.
"That's me, that's my game with my legs. I want to get up and down and try and commit men and get myself forward and be a threat at the other end as well as be reliable at the back.
"With Lloydy back in, I really enjoy playing with him because he's similar, he wants to get up and down.
"Hopefully we can keep pushing on as we have been doing and get a result on Tuesday night.
"We've got three clean sheets in the last five now and you look at the games like Kiddy away, that could have been a clean sheet as well.
"We conceded some goals that were frustrating earlier in the season that we want to nullify and we look like we're starting to do that, hopefully that continues and we continue to be solid there.
"They put a lot of pressure on us at the end, the lads in the middle working really hard, Kane's been doing really well in there putting himself about.
"I thought Holmes came on and put a shift in and Jeth and Lloydy you know what you get from them every week with their work rate.
"It can't just be one game it has to be every time we turn out.
"We've been frustrated and I don't think the table has reflected what we are capable of and the quality we've shown in periods.
"With Darlington at home first half they were right up there and we played them off the park.
"Kings Lynn away first half but it can't be one half it has to be the full ninety minutes.
"It's a funny League you string a few results together and you get yourselves right in the mix.
"Hopefully we can push on with Chester."
