First Start For Oppong

Colin Oppong made his first appearance for Hereford yesterday at Edgar Street.

The young striker has joined the Bulls from Salford on an initial one month loan deal.

Oppong trained with his new team mates on Thursday so had some idea how Hereford try to play.

As expected he started strongly but faded as the game went on.

"I thought Colin (Oppong) was excellent today but you could see he's not played a lot of games," said manager Josh Gowling.

"He blew up a bit second half which didn't help."
