Hereford striker Tyrone Barnett hobbled off the 4G pitch at Pegasus mid-way through the second half of last night's HFA County Cup Tie.
He appeared to have hurt his ankle.
"He just felt his ankle," said manager Josh Gowling.
"He landed and felt a bit of a pop in his ankle. I think it was more of an air pocket than anything so I'm hoping he will be fine.
"He's settled down, he's got no swelling so hopefully it's just one of those things. I'm sure he'll be back in on Thursday."
Finally in his interview Gowling spoke about his young keeper Seb Osmond.
"He did really well.
"He's been with us since pre-season. He's character. He's funny Seb is.
"I thought he was excellent. He commanded his box well, he talked well, he distributed well.
"He's been out on loan to a club in Step Five on a dual-reg but obviously with us not having a second keeper he's back in a number two."
