During his post match comments Hereford manager Josh Gowling was asked if there was any chance of Marco Rus returning to the club on loan from Coventry.
"He was brilliant," said Gowling.
"For a young 19 year old the way he is, he is probably wise beyond his years.
"Normally when you get a 19 year old from an academy they are not as robust as Marco.
"We'll ask clubs to do us favours so I'll dip into my black book and speak to a few clubs and get some players in."
Gowling also spoke about players leaving and going out on loan.
Was it financial reasons to let Wade and Thompson go?
"Yes.
"Disappointing with Brad because when we was playing he was outstanding but then he had that arm injury which has kept him out for a long time.
"Dino has come in and done really well.
"The reality is that we can't hold two keepers so one had to go. Dino is playing at the moment so Brad has moved on. He'll get something, we'll help him as best we can to get another club.
"Thompson is the same reason.
"We've got to trim the squad down so that's what we've done.
"He was upset when we had a chat with him but that's just where we are at the moment. Again we'll help him get a new club.
"We're probably better off getting some players in from Premier League clubs that can do us a favour and that's what we're going to be looking at unless we can move someone else out which would possibly free up something to get someone in."
Gowling finished the interview by saying that Zak Lilly was back in training but he wouldn't be fit for a while.
