A disappointed Josh Gowling felt that his side had given away two poor goals at Kettering last night.
In truth the Bulls found the pitch difficult for their normal passing game but two defensive errors cost them the cost.
"Two poor goals," said the Hereford manager.
"Obviously the first, Orrin has slipped over, but I don't know why the ball went back to him in the first place.
"The second one was a poor one as well.
"We huffed and puffed at the end, I don't think we gambled well enough in the box at the end. We did win quite a few close contacts in the box but the goalie has made a few saves. But as a whole we weren't good enough.
"We're not the only one who struggle here, they've lost two games at home all season.
"We know the reasons why they've lost two games at home all season, it's not going to get any better is it, let's be honest about it.
"Every year you come here and you can't play football. It's a leveller.
"It's not an excuse, but at the end of the day they've lost two home games all season, it's not great.
"But hey, it is what it is, we're not good enough in repects of working hard, pressing, winning second balls, they were better than us at that and that's why they won the game.
"We had a really good opportunity to get right in the mix, disappointed that we've come here and lost 2-0."
Ryan Mclean didn't play.
"He's had an injury and Aaron has come off with his thigh so we'll access that.
"Latty was meant to be back in but he's not quite ready yet so we've still got a few niggling injuries, hopefully Ryan will be back for Saturday.
"It's frustrating really because you want to play a settled team on a consistant basis.
"But injuries aren't the reason we've lost today, we've conceded two poor goals."
Next is bottom of the league Telford whose game was called off last night. A good opportunity to get back to winning ways?
"It was a good opportunity tonight if we're honest about it."
