Former Hereford player George Forsyth, on left of picture, was in the Bromsgrove side this afternoon at Edgar Street.
Afterwards he spoke about the game.
"I think it was a scappy game," said Forsyth.
"I thought it lacked a bit of quality both sides.
"Just that one moment when we switched off as a team, I think we were on the attack to be fair.
"Just that one moment of good play from Pinch(ard). We knew of his threat.
"He just slipped the ball through to Ryan.
"Disappointing goal to concede and a disappointing result in the end.
"It caught us out.
"I think the big striker took the throw in, I think that's what caught us, we weren't switched on.
"When you play teams higher up you can't switch off at those moments and we did.
"We've got two good strikers, they are a hand full.
"I thought just after half-time we were starting to get on top and then that goal has killed us a little bit. You are always chasing from then and you are going to be open to the counter attack.
"We set up in a way where we were a bit over-loaded in mid-field so it was a bit of a chase, a bit of a run around.
"You always want to come here and win and prove a little bit of a point.
"But I'm enjoying my football now I'm playing every week and that's what I wanted.
"I'm playing at a good club and enjoying it.
"We've got a good squad, a good mix with lots of experience as well so hopefully we'll be up there at the end of the season."
Mike McGrath also played for Bromsgrove this afternoon. Somewhat suprisingly the former Hereford mid-fielder wasn't booked.
