Following the departure of Steve Burr to Hednesford, Hereford FC manager Josh Gowling has said that Yan Klukowski may take over as assistant manager.
But first he spoke about Burr.
"Steve's been brilliant," said Gowling.
"I was his captain many years ago and he's come in along side me for his experience.
"He's been a positive person around the group. In times like this you lean on him.
"But now for me Yan been's been excellent, outstanding.
"Yan takes a lot of training with myself so there won't be too much of a chance there.
"We've just got to push on."
Gowling was asked by Keith Hall if there was a search for an assistant.
"Obviously Yan has been a big part of the identity of the club, what we've tried to bring, the philosophy, the football side of things, he's been a really big part of that as well as coaching.
"So it looks like a natural transition for Yan so we'll look at that.
"I'll speak to the board and we'll get some decisions on that."
