Former Hereford player Tommy O'Sullivan captained Gloucester yesterday but they were defeated at home 1-0 by Brackley.
"We knew we had to get a result today," said O'Sullivan.
"But there's another game on Monday and we can put it right now.
"Everyone knows it's a massive game.
"They've lost as well today so that magnifies it a bit more to go there and get three points.
"It's never nice losing a game, second in a row, so we have to put it right on Monday.
"That's our main objective."
