Hereford's second home game of the 2022/23 season is against newly promoted Buxton on Saturday.
Until around 9.25pm on Tuesday evening it looked like Hereford were heading for a draw at Chester and therefore a return of just two points from three games.
But Luke Haines's goal changed everything.
Not only was it a suberb strike from 25 yards, it could well feature as the goal, or at least a candidate for goal, of the season, but it also gave the Bulls three points.

Hereford are now in 12th position. However teams with four points start with Peterborough Sports in 8th position.
So a win against Buxton could move the Bulls up several places possibly into a playoff position.
On the opening day of the season Hereford drew 3-3 with Spennymoor at Edgar Street. A very competitve game with plenty of action which supporters enjoyed.
Everything points to another entertaining game on Saturday.
