It's Arsenal at Edgar Street tomorrow evening and Josh Gowling is looking forward to the friendly.
He was asked if they would be super-fit.
"I hope not," said the Hereford manager.
"I hope they've not been training and it's their first day back, because we will be chasing!
"It will be good for the lads.
"It's going to be a great game for us to work on our shape and be organised.
"The reality is that they are going to have some stars in that team that are going to be England stars so an opportunity for our fans to see.
"But it's also a good opportunity for us to get our teeth into an under 23 team and put it about them.
"We want to play football, that's what we are about.
"We want to go out on the pitch, Ben's done an amazing job on the pitch.
"They'll play football, we'll play football.
"It's going to be a great spectacle for the fans, getting Arsenal down, getting a Premier League side down to Edgar Street, it's going to be a great day."
