Hereford's assistant manager Steve Burr spoke to the local media after yesterday's 0-0 draw at Leamington.
"It was a poor game to be honest," said Burr.
"Really difficult conditions,
"You don't like to look at the conditions too much but they are a big part in the game today.
"Obviously for both sides it's not great but you have to try and adapt to those conditions.
"There wasn't much in the game at all, it could have gone either way.
"Disappointed not to get three points, may be if we were in the play-offs at the moment a point would not have been a bad result.
"A real difficult day and not a great deal to shout about today.
"As a defence you're pleased you haven't conceded any goals but I think chances were very limited and it was very difficult to get the ball down and play.
"The pitch was awful to be honest. May be looks okay from the side but being on it it was not great.
"You have to adapt to try and get over that but we just couldn't get into our rhythm at all.
"We've taken a point and when you can't take all three that's the next best thing.
"But with the position we're in it's disappointing we haven't got all three because we are doing our level best to try and push into those playoffs and have a strong end to the season."
