Jim Bentley is hoping that his AFC Fylde squad can continue their good start to the season and take three points from Hereford on Saturday.
Like all other clubs, Fylde also play on the following Monday. They are at home to Southport.
"It is what it is, all the clubs are the same," said Bentley who knows Edgar Street well as he used to play for Morecambe when the two clubs were in the Conference.
"All our energy is going to Hereford, you can't look too far ahead. You've got to win the next game.
"I'm not interested in Southport at the minute. Let's do what we can to go and win at Hereford next Saturday, put a performance in, try and get three points.
"If we can do that great, then we move on to Southport.
"There will be a lot of work going on this week to make sure we've got all what we need for both fixtures because of the turnaround on the Sunday.
"So it's a big couple of days for us, hopefully we can get six points, that's what we'll be aiming to do.
"It's a difficult time, two games back to back, early season, lot of shocks up and down the divisions at the minutes because of that long lay-off."
