Grimsby Is 'A Great Place To Come Into Work' Said John-Lewis

When Lennel John-Lewis returned to Grimsby after leaving Hereford last February he felt the place was similar to when he played there six years ago.

But new owners are now in charge and things have changed according to striker.

“From me coming back after all those years, when I rejoined in February I saw it was exactly the same as when I left," John-Lewis told Grimsby Live.

“Now to come into work - it is already totally different.

“We have a couple of new areas where we have the gym, and the pitch is also looking really good.

“It’s just the little things to be honest - even things like the murals of the fans on the walls - it makes it more enticing to be at work.”
