Hereford FC face the long journey to Spennymoor on Tuesday evening for their next National North League fixture.
Yesterday, despite the efforts of ground staff and volunteers, Spennymoor's home game against Darlington was called off. A match official inspected the pitch and decided the pitch was 'unplayable'.
The forecast around Spennymoor for the next few days is mixed with the possibility of snow showers.
Spennymoor is in a Tier Four area and so very few people will be allowed in the ground.
However the game is set to be streamed live by Moors TV.
BBC Hereford and Worcester are also hoping to cover the game but probably with a commentator from a sister station.
"New restrictions mean that we are not allowed to send reporters into Tier Four areas," said sports editor Trevor Owens.
