Clubs Are Running Out Of Money Said Bower

Bradford Park Avenue manager Mark Bower has said that the situation regarding funding must be sorted otherwise clubs will run out of money.

The National North League was suspended last Friday for two weeks in the hope that DCMS will come up with a plan to help fund clubs for the rest of the season

"As time has gone on, you realise how grave the situation is coming from the health point of the view and the fact clubs are effectively running out of money," said Bower as reported by Telegraph and Argus.

"The suspension leaves us in a little bit of limbo. It has got to be sorted out quickly and we have to see a clear pathway as to what is going to happen.

"Are we playing again or are we finished? We need to know so we can plan.

"Hopefully in these two weeks people can come up with a solution because we all want to be playing.

"But as it goes on longer, it is looking more and more likely the season won’t finish."
