Always depending on the fine print but the news that fans are set to be allowed back into sporting events from December 2nd may mean that some clubs with fixtures on December 1st may ask if they can delay by one day.
One such example is Hereford's National North League fixture at AFC Telford which is currently to take place on Tuesday December 1st.
Given that up to 2,000 supporters might be able to attend if it was moved to Wednesday, it's almost bound to be discussed by Telford's board. Whether away supporters would be able to attend is, as yet, unknown but looks unlikely.
Meanwhile given the news about supporters returning to watch games, will the recent £11m promised to National League clubs have to cover the remainder of the season not just the next three months?
Obviously the income from supporters through the gates will be welcomed but whether gate income returns to anywhere near usual remains to be seen.
