The National League is reported to be 'satisfield' with the way it funded £10M of Lottery money to its member clubs according to BBC Sport.
Their response comes after a call was made for their chairman Brian Barwick to resign by a number of clubs including Hereford.
In particular some clubs have taken issue with the fact that Boreham Wood have received £84k which equates to £116 per supporter given their average gate of just 724. Hereford have received £36K with a three times higher attendance.
Hereford vice-chairman Andrew Graham is leading the campaign by nine clubs for a rethink.
The National League have said that 'it is satisfied' their 'initial distribution has met the requirements of its funding partners'.
They are keeping the situation under review.
