The latest regulations affecting football at levels below the three National League have stopped the FA Trophy from taking place.
Following the UK Government’s recent announcement regarding the national lockdown (which is due to be in force from midnight on Wednesday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December), and further to The FA’s update earlier today regarding non-elite football https://www.thefa.com/news/2020/nov/03/non-elite-football-statement-031120 this email serves to confirm that matches in The Buildbase FA Trophy will NOT be played during this period and therefore the 2020-21 Competition will be suspended until further notice.
Hereford were due to enter the competition on Saturday December 5th but this now looks unlikely.
However it's now possible that they could play one of their recently postponed National North League fixtures on that date.
