Former Hereford midfielder Eliot Richards has joined ex-boss Pete Beadle at Barnet.
The 28-year-old was a popular player among Bulls fans having joined the club in November 2017. He helped the club to promotion to National League North and went on to have a productive campaign. However, Richards required an operation on his ankle during the close season and the club were unable to offer him a deal when he got back to full fitness.
Richards subsquently re-joined Merthyr Town, but has now left to join Barnet in the National League after training with them.
Talking to Barnet's OS, Richards said: "I'm really happy, I had a phone call from Beads (Peter Beadle) to see if he wanted to come down and train. I come down last week and done well, thankfully he's offered me a contract."
