Kelsey Mooney has joined Scunthorpe United on a one year deal.
The striker was with Hereford last season after starring for Aston Villa Under-23s but decided not to sign a further deal at Edgar Street after being approached by the Iron.
Scunthorpe are managed by Russ Wilcox and finished 20th in League Two last season.
