The FA have reportedly told clubs that there will be no matches at Steps One to Seven, which includes Hereford FC, without spectators. They have also said they understand the importance of bars and food outlets to club finances.
Clubs at these levels will start their fixtures at the same time hopefully sometime in September but if that can't happen the FA have made plans for a later start.
It has also emerged that if football can't start before November then half-seasons might be played and/or leagues could be split geographically.
And there might have to be restrictions as to the number of clubs taking part in the coming seasons FA Cup, FA Trophy and FA Vase. On top of that the prize money pot has been slightly reduced in all three competions.
Much will depend on Government guidance and approval by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
Meanwhile it looks increasingly likely that play-offs in the National North and South will take place. The 12 clubs involved are reported to have spoken with National League officals this afternoon.
