With the news that Paul Quarrell has left the Hereford FC board, chairman Andrew Graham will be looking to increase numbers as soon as he can.
At present the board is down to just four directors after Quarrell left last week.
They are Andrew Graham, Peter Churchus, Tony Taylor and Rob Crawford. Rob Bullock also attends meetings as a non-voting director.
Joanie Roberts, whose name was put forward by the supporters trust (HUST) several months ago, could join the club board shortly. The board has a process, including an interview, before a HND (Trust Nominated Director) can join. They can refuse to accept an HND.
If she does join then the remaining two vacancies could be filled by nominations from the founding shareholders. However finding suitable candidates is not easy.
In particular finding someone to take on Quarrell's responsibilties will be particularily difficult. With his building knowledge he was able to ensure that Edgar Street remained fit for purpose.

Meanwhile it's unclear whether Tony Taylor, an HND, is taking his full part in board matters at present.
All directors have an area of the club that they are responsible for.
