Symons nets injury time winner

Ex-Hereford FC striker Mike Symons scored a 93rd minute winner on his debut as he helped Weston-Super-Mare come from behind to beat Truro City 3-2 in Southern League Premier South.

Jacob Jagger Cane and Brad Ash - who are both on loan at Weston from Hereford - both started, as did James Waite who was at the Bulls last season. 

Meanwhile, there were scorers in National League North who have Hereford links. Mike McGrath scored for Kettering in a 1-1 draw at Brackley, Marlon Jackson helped Gloucester beat Leamington 2-1, while ex-Hereford United midfielder James McQuilkin netted in a 1-1 draw for AFC Telford at Alfreton.
