Hereford FC manager Russell Slade has left the club.
The club say that the decision, which comes into effect immediately, was made following lengthy discussions between Hereford chairman Andrew Graham and Slade earlier today.
"We appreciate that Russell inherited an extremely difficult situation, but we find ourselves in a tough position at this moment in time and we as a board need to act in the best interests of the club. I’d like to thank Russell for his hard work during his time at Edgar Street and wish him well for the future," said Graham
Hereford say an interim coach and supporting staff will be appointed as soon as possible.
The Bulls - who saw their scheduled game against Kettering called off at the weekend - entertain Curzon Ashton this Saturday.
“This is a crucial time of the season and a huge game for us this weekend," added Graham.
