Boston Wary Of Styche

Boston are the visitors to Edgar Street tomorrow and one of their players Tom Platt has noted that they will need to be alert to Hereford striker Reece Styche.

Styche, Platt and Boston captain Luke Shiels played for Alfreton last season.

“Everybody knows he scores a lot of goals at this level,” Platt told the  Boston Standard.

“We’ve got to be as tight as we have been. Apart from Saturday (3-0 defeat at Gloucester City) the back four have done really well.

“But through playing against and with people in this division you get to a know a lot of players. Shielsy will know what he’s about.”

Styche appeared to hurt his shoulder shortly after coming on as a substitute at Chester last Monday so how fit he is remains to be seen.
