Chorley have been promoted to the National League after winning a nail-biting penalty shoot-out over Spennymoor Town this afternoon.
The National League North Play-off Final was tied at 0-0 after 90 minutes, but a goal from Scott Leather in the 102nd minute put Chorley ahead.
But Glen Taylor equalised just three minutes later and the game went to penalties.
Both teams missed two out of their five spot kicks and the shoot-out went to sudden death. Elliot Newby scored Chorley's six penalty before Andrew Johnson saw his effort saved for Spennymoor.
Meanwhile, Woking beat Welling United 1-0 to win the National League South Play-off Final.
