A signed shirt worn by former Hereford United midfielder against Bolton Wanderers in his testimonial match is being auctioned to raise money for the DEBRA charity.
The charity supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a group of genetic skin conditions which cause the skin to blister and tear at the slightest touch.
Josh from Hereford (pictured) is one of 5,000 people in the UK thought to be living with the condition, according to the charity. His mother will run the London Marathon next month to raise further funds for DEBRA.
Now 43, Pitman made more than 200 appearances for Hereford United and managed the club during its final two seasons in the Football League.
In 2017 Pitman set up coaching company PACES with the name coming from its values, Professional; All inclusive; Committed; Excellence and Supportive.
PACES are supporting Josh's mum raise funds for DEBRA while she trains for next month's marathon.
