NEW SATURDAY MORNING FOOTBALL SHOW On RadioHerefordFC

RadioHerefordFC are producing a pilot episode of a new Saturday morning special called "The Footy Show". This new venture will be a mixture of news, interviews, reviews and highlights, intermixed with some favourite music. "We want to provide our regular listeners with some pre-match entertainment" commented Station Manager Frank Williams, "as well as providing background to the forthcoming game for supporters travelling to the match."

The show will start at 11am. If successful, RadioHerefordFC will look to producing the show on a regular basis. "We want to see if it works." said Joanie Roberts, the station's Technical Assistant "If it proves popular, there is great scope for involving more contributors in its content and production."

Hereford FC's Media Officer, Jamie Griffith has been quick to praise the initiative. "This is something I have been thinking about for a while now." said Jamie, "It will add to the match-day experience and, in time, we will be able to include a wide range of content."
