Next for Hereford is the visit of Brackley Town on Tuesday evening. Yesterday Hereford defeated Darlington at Edgar Street 4-2 whilst Brackley beat leaders Stockport 1-0.
Brackley (4th) are on a great run with eight wins in their last nine games, whilst Hereford are unbeaten in five.
Kevin Wilkin, the Brackley manager, has admitted that 'Hereford is a mightily tough place to go' but his side is full of confidence and are the bookies favourite to win.
“We have to bring ourselves back down to earth after this terrific win
because we have a tough game ahead on Tuesday at Hereford," said Wilkin as reported by the Brackley OS.
"We have some
bumps and bruises and two left-backs who look like they will be out so
that creates a bit of an issue and a problem for us. But, as we have
all season, we will not moan and groan about it. We will get on with it
and deal with it and do the very best that we can. So credit to the
players.
"Hereford also had a great result and we know it’s a mightily
tough place to go. We understand that and respect that but we are in
decent form at the moment and hopefully we can continue that."
