A planning application has been submitted for a banner to cover the cladding on the outside of the Blackfriars End of the Edgar Street stadium.
The proposed mesh PVC banner will be black text on a white background, 2 metres above the ground and will advertise that the site is part of the council's redevelopment plans.
Should the application be granted, the banner could be in place until January 2021.
