Hereford FC's Annual General Meeting is set to take place this evening at Edgar Street.
As well as reviewing the club's latest accounts, the meeting will have a number of resolutions from the Supporters Trust to discuss including one which seeks to increase the number of HUST directors from three to four.
Given the importance of these resolutions it's understood that the club will have personnel on hand to count votes if required. This is because any vote will be decided on the number of shares, not the number of members.
The club has already received some votes from members unable to attend the meeting.
