Bradford PA manager Mark Bower was delighted with his side's win over Hereford yesterday.
“We’re delighted with the win and I think we were the only team that
looked like winning it," said Bower.
"Hereford came to do a job and I think they would
have been happy with a draw.
“It was a tough game in difficult conditions because of the strong wind but we tried to play the right way. The last home game we had to contend with that torrential rain but at least the wet surface helps you to zip the ball around.
“We didn’t have that today so it was more difficult and we could hear the groans from the crowd and them urging us to get forward – but when we were getting forward the final ball was just going straight through so we had to try to build good moves.”
