Hereford finally picked up three points in the league this afternoon as they beat Alfreton Town 2-1 at Edgar Street.
Building on last week's win in the FA Trophy, the Bulls took the lead in the 18th minute thanks to Mike Symons.
Hereford then remained on top for most of the game, but when they conceded three minutes from time it looked like a share of the spoils in order.
But when Mike Symons was fouled in the box in the 90th minute, James Roberts stepped up to take the resulting spot kick and duly smashed the ball home.
More later.
