Hereford FC Women defeated Welland Ladies 6-3 this afternoon at Pegasus Juniors.
They continued their fine start to the season with a comfortable home
win against rivals from Malvern.
Hereford weren't at their best today against a much improved Welland team but prolific Romanian striker Roxana Dinescu scored another four today taking her total this season to 12 goals in 4 games, with Evie Jones and a first for the season for Sinead Bushall ensuring the three points.
Manager Scott Russell was incredibly sent off with 10mins to go by the referee for entering the pitch to hand out water to both sets of players while the Welland goalkeeper was down recieving treatment for an injury. He expects the decision to be overturned after appeal.
Hereford FC Women have now won three and drawn one this season as they look to continue momentum into their next match at home to Albrighton Ladies next Sunday at Pegasus Juniors with a 2pm kick off.
