Richards Will Bring Backroom Staff With Him

Hereford's new Head Coach Marc Richards will bring two members of his backroom staff with him to Edgar Street, according to Gloucester City.

Striker Will Morford was Richards' assistant at Gloucester, as well as well as being registered as a player.

Also following Richards out the door at Gloucester is Luke Brick, a performance analyst.

Will Morford (First Team Assistant Manager and Player)

Morford is a fans-favourite at Gloucester City and was part of the promotion winning side of 2009. One of few in a band of players to have made over 200 appearances for the Tigers, Morford returned to the club in 2017 to take over in a player-coach role. Morford has a UEFA B Coaching License as well as a Masters in Coaching Science, BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching & Conditioning and his FA Youth Coaching Award. He is a fully qualified teacher and is currently Senior Football Academy Coach at Cirencester. In addition to this role, he holds his FA Tutor License and works as both an FA Tutor and FA Club Coach Mentor part-time.

Luke Brick (Performance Analyst)

Luke is a Sports Performance Analysis Graduate with a First Class Undergraduate Degree and Master’s (Distinction) from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Currently working with Gloucester City and Head of Analysis within the football department at Hartpury College. Luke previously worked within the analysis department as an Intern at Southampton Football Club.
