| Jimmy Oates Scores For Hereford Against Winchester In April 2017 |
Jimmy Oates has given an interview about joining Exeter FC on a free transfer from Hereford. The defender has spent the last three seasons with the Bulls and will be sorely missed.
"I am over the moon," he said.
"It has been a big three weeks. Coming in on trial it is never easy but I have enjoyed every minute of it.”
Meanwhile Hereford chairman Ken Kinnersley has commented about Oates.
"He has been a fantastic ambassador and asset to this club, and he has
been a major part in the success of the team during the past three
seasons.
"Jimmy has conducted himself in an exemplary manner both on and
off the pitch and his personal integrity has been demonstrated again in
the open and honest way he has handled his move to Exeter City FC."
