First Preseason Defeat For Hereford

Newport County beat Hereford 2-0 on this afternoon's friendly at Edgar Street.

The visitors took the lead from the penalty spot just before half time, with new signing Antoine Semenyo sending goalkeeper Martin Horsell the wrong way.

Then in second half stoppage time, Padraig Amond sealed the win as he rounded the keeper and slotted home.
