Slough Town won the Southern League Premier play-off final this afternoon.
They beat King's Lynn Town 2-1 at The Walks, with most Hereford fans probably hoping it would be King's Lynn to secure promotion.
It's now much more likely Hereford will be in the National League North next season - widely thought to be the more competitive out of the two step two divisions.
