Hereford based Reyas Catering Co Limited have been awarded the catering services at Edgar Street, the club have said.
In February, the club invited applications for a new partner after James Smith said he'd be leaving after three years to focus on his other business interests.
The club say Reyas Catering have a 'proven track record of providing exceptional external catering' and are experienced at dealing with anything from a dinner party to 1,000 people at a corporate function.
Hereford FC’s Commercial Director, George Webb, said they were parting on good terms with James Smith who's made sure Reyas' husband and wife team, Terence and Emma Payen, understand what it's like to work at Edgar Street.
Webb told the official website: "We are delighted to have made this appointment and are looking forward to working with Terence and Emma. It was pleasing to have so much interest in this opportunity and we firmly believe we have selected the right team to work with the club from the start of the 2018/19 season.
"Over the past three seasons, we have worked extremely hard to build an impressive match-day hospitality offering at Edgar Street and we will now be looking to grow our reputation still further.
"We are also looking forward to seeing the club’s function rooms used for more and more social events and we have no doubt that Terence and Emma are the right people to build on the excellent work done by James Smith and his team during our first three seasons.
"We will be sorry to see James leave but we part company on excellent terms with James very much involved in the selection of our new partners. He has also worked with Terence and Emma so they understand the 'Edgar Street Match Day Experience'."
The new caterers will take over at the end of May.
