The ongoing problems at Dulwich Hamlet have seen them locked out of their ground and the club name trademarked by US property investors Meadow Residential, but Southwark Council have agreed plans to buy the club's Champion Hill stadium. The south London club are currently second in the Bostik Premier League, but allegedly owe £120,000 in rent and have breached the terms of their license to use the ground.

Banbury United manager Mike Ford has set his sights on a top five finish, but admits that his side's home form has let them down this season. Ford told the Banbury Guardian they're going into Saturday’s game on a good run of form and he has agreed with the players the targets for the remaining games. 


Neil Young has returned to National League strugglers Chester as a volunteer advisor to help with first team matters. Young achieved three successive promotions when the club was reformed in 2010, but was sacked during their first season in non-league's top flight. On the last day of the 2013/14 season the Blues were relegated, but were later reinstated after Hereford United's expulsion. 

Ex-Bull Marley Watkins says it's an honour to be named in the Wales squad ahead of their China Cup tour. Watkins said he looks forward to working with new manager Ryan Giggs who announced the full side at yesterday's press conference at St Fagans National Museum of History. The 27-year old Norwich midfielder made 34 appearances and scored 5 goals for United in the 2012/13 Conference season.

Former Hereford youth team keeper Owen Evans has also been called up. He's currently on loan to Sutton United from Wigan Athletic and will be part of the U21 squad.

Barry Cavilla has been appointed the new chairman of St Neots Town. Cavilla said he wants to improve the club's community facilities, with the board of directors adding he is a well-respected individual and has previously been successfully involved with St Neots and other local clubs.

Frome Town have launched a new fundraising initiative to drive the club forward, according to the Frome TimesThe club are looking for individuals and businesses to join the Centurians Club by donating £500 a year, either in monetary form or goods, services or voluntary hours. Football and operations director Gary Collinson said the club are in danger of stagnating on the field but want to be able to produce an entertaining product each Saturday.
