Admission
No tickets will be sold at the turnstiles on the day of the match and there will be strictly no admission without a valid ticket.
The turnstiles will open from 13:15 and supporters of both clubs will be segregated. It is going to be busy in and around the ground and we therefore advise that you aim to arrive at the ground by 14:30 to allow ample time to get to the ground and take note of all the information below.
Arbour Park ground regulations
Please be aware that in line with the latest Government event safety advice, searches of bags and coats will take place. Anyone in possession of pyrotechnics or other objects such as flares, smoke bombs or bangers will be refused entry. Any anti-social behaviour will be taken very seriously and CCTV is in place at the ground to monitor behaviour and record events. Any acts of criminal damage or vandalism, including but not limited to the throwing of objects onto the pitch, will result in immediate ejection from the ground and prosecution.
A full list of Arbour Park ground regulations may be found on our Official Website here.
Parking
Due to the segregation requirements for this match, supporters of Hereford FC will use the free car park at St Joseph's School. Sat Nav: SL2 5HW
Off-street parking is extremely limited - however there are a number of car parks within walking distance. We would strongly encourage supporters to car-share or travel by public transport where possible. The ground is conveniently situated approximately half a mile from the train and bus stations where plenty of car parking can be found. Click the link for car parks and 'How to find us' information. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk from the station and the car parks.
THE CLUB WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND PARKING IN OR AROUND THE TOWN CENTRE AND WALKING TO THE GROUND.
Food and drink
Bar and catering facilities will be available in both segregated areas, however please be aware that no alcoholic drinks will be available from 14:45 and all alcoholic drinks must be consumed prior to kick-off.
Alcohol will also not be served at half time.
It is envisaged that bar and catering facilities may become very busy, so we thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Smoking
Arbour Park is a non-smoking facility with no smoking (or vaping) allowed anywhere within the ground. Smokers are required to leave the facility and make their way to the dedicated smoking area located outside Turnstile 1. Hand-stamping will take place to enable re-entry.
Seating
As is the case for other League matches, supporters with reserved seats in the West Stand will be able to occupy these as usual. All other seating is unreserved and available on a first come, first served basis.
