After yesterday's game at Edgar Street Banbury manager Mike Ford spoke to Puritans Radio.
"You look at the score line, I don't think Jack has been diving all over the place but they've just worn us down," said Ford.
"I think we got to 65 minutes at 2-0 and you sort of think if we could just keep in the game we might get something.
"Their first goal goes in from 25/30 yards, second goal a penalty, and then third goal lad gets between two defenders and scores.
"The three goals were avoidable.
"Sometimes when you have this experience of playing in front of this crowd (2932) you might take it for granted.
"But I don't think their players do, they appreciate they are working for good managers.
"They played like men maturely, they made life very difficult, they kept their shape fantastically and they made us look second rate.
"Whether or not they are men in age Hereford played like men."
Ford went on to say that some of his players hadn't turned up on time for the game.
"So I left them out."
