Dara O'Shea received the man of the match award at Edgar Street this afternoon after his performance helped Hereford to their 1-0 win over Telford in the FA Cup.

"The award topped it off but the main thing was getting into the next round of the FA Cup," said O'Shea.

"The crowd was the twelve man today, unbelievable. The Telford fans were giving a bit as well which made the game even more great.

"It was quite a tough game but we were expecting that it would be.

"Telford made it tough in the first half but second half we got our chance and took it."

O'Shea was asked about the red card for Telford's Jon Royle.

"He had two foot up and twisted around as well, he could hardly deny it.

"May be that gave us a bit extra boost as well."

Hereford saw the game out with a little bit of time wasting.

"Seeing the game out, managing the game, that's what you have to do at the top and we're doing it here. We done it well and we're into the next round."

O'Shea is on loan from West Brom until the New Year.

"Definitely until New Year and then we'll see from then.

"I'm loving my time here but taking each game as it comes."

Lastly who would O'Shea like in the next round.

"I think we can do a job on anyone. The team and the players we have. Do what we did today, work hard and get into the next round!"
