Fleetwood Town came from a goal down to beat non-league Chorley 2-1 at Victory Park this evening.
The result means Hereford will face the League One side in the second round of the FA Cup.
The tie will be played over the weekend of 1st December.
Chorley were on course to cause an upset as Marcus Carver opened the scoring in the 59th minute, with Fleetwood then having a man sent off ten minutes later.
But the National League North outfit couldn't hold on, as they went on to concede twice, with the winner being scored in the second minute of added time.
The capacity at Fleetwood's ground, known as Highbury, is reported to be 5327 with 2672 seats.
It's assumed Hereford will be allocated around 15% of the capacity which equates to about 800 spaces.
