The draw for the first round of the FA Trophy was made earlier this afternoon, and Hereford have been handed a home tie to National League side Dagenham and Redbridge.
The Daggers are currently 4th in non-league's top flight, having scored more goals than any other team in the division. On Saturday, they beat Chester 4-0 on the road, with all four goals coming in the second half.
It's their second season back in the National League (formerly the Conference) after a nine year stay in the Football League. Despite their relegation, former Luton manager John Still remains at the helm.
The London-based club's record defeat is still a certain 9-0 thrashing back in 2004. In the Hereford side that day were none other than Rob Purdie and Ryan Green. Footage of the game can be seen here (link).
The tie will be played on Saturday 16th December, meaning the home league game against Bishops Stortford has been postponed.
The winners will receive £6,000 in prize money.
