Lance Smith, who scored Hereford's first goal this afternoon, spoke to BBC Hereford and Worcester after the game.
As with Peter Beadle, Keith Hall first asked Smith about what was said at half time given Dorchester were in the lead.
"Not really a bollicking but he said we can do better than that," said Smith. "We know it as well."
"We came back out after a flat first half. Going down the hill towards the Meadow End we always knew we would come out fighting.
"First half was difficult but second half we got it down a bit more, bit more composure on the ball and we started to play it around a bit better.
"Dorchester weren't the most mobile at the back."
On his goal.
"I was waiting for that one to go in down that end so it's in there now and they're all going to keep flowing in now!
"A throw in across my body and then I was just going to hit it. I was never going to pass it."

"I should have really passed it across but if he was in that position he would have probably gone for goal as well."
Two more games for Hereford this coming week, first Banbury then FA Cup at Eastleigh.
"We've got to keep this run going, it's ten or eleven now, keep going, three more points that's the main thing.
"We want to get to the top of this league and get promoted."
Finally how is Smith's fitness?
"First ninety and I'm feeling better and better each game. The more I play and train I'm feeling better.
"I could have had another goal last Saturday but slow and steady and they'll go in."
