An artists impression of how the area adjacent to Hereford's football ground might look after it is developed has been released.
The new development is set to be called the 'Old Market Gateway'.
There will be three new retails units, along with 38 dedicated parking spaces. It is expected to be completed by Easter 2018.
The site used to be home to one of the football club's sponsors, Furniture Importers. But they have since moved to West Street, and their old premises demolished.
