Kingsley James to to rejoin Chester on a two year deal.
The former Hereford United mid-fielder was part of the Macclesfield squad last season but didn't agree to re-new his contract with them.
"I need the stability, I’ve just got a new home with my wife," said James.
"It settles me and I know for two years I have got to give everything for Chester and that is what I will do, as I did last time I was here.”
