The HFA have played their part in securing funding for Lads Club to be able to play in the West Midlands League Premier Division this coming season.
Over £60,000 has come through HFA sources.
The club has
received funding from the Football Foundation to install floodlights at
the County Ground, these works were needed in order for the club to meet
ground grading requirement for the league they will now enter following
their championship winning season.
The process began alongside their previous successful funding bid early in the season, following a meeting between the HFA and Lads Club. Similar to the other bid the HFA arranged for a meeting with the West Midlands League who outlined what works were needed.
HFA Officer Dan Chance worked with companies to secure quotations for the work.
