Cory Williams, the former Hereford United young striker, has rejoined Rhyl.
Now 21, he spent last season with Caernarfon where he started his career before joined Hereford.
Also on the move is Josh Gowling.
The well -travelled defender has joined Torquay. He made 13 appearances for Hereford whilst on loan from Carlisle during the 2008/09 season.
